If you’d like your child to be coached by experienced coaches who genuinely care about their job and children, then this gym is for you. We’ve tried out a few gyms and this is the only place where my daughter has not been coached by high school kids who look like they don’t even want to be there. The coaches are so knowledgeable and engaging and they create a fun and exciting environment. There isn’t a fancy viewing room like some places, but I’d gladly exchange that for quality coaches. My daughters skills have increased so much and she is happy and confident. I like that there are separate rooms for the younger and older gymnasts. I feel like this allows the younger kids to focus better and gives the coaches more options for activities.
The staff has all been very informative and attentive and everyone is always cheering each other on in the gym. They have created such a positive environment and it’s so nice not hearing the team kids get screamed at every time we are there like they were at our last gym.
I highly recommend Apex for any level gymnast!!

We're so happy our daughter has found a home here. They've helped Katie survive a horrific experience at her former gym, and she's found a place where she feels safe. They focus on form and conditioning without creating a hostile environment for the girls to work. Gymnastics is tough, the girls have to be, too. At this gym, they're also happy.
