With my sister’s passing, I had to sell her home in NJ while residing in upstate NY. Fortunately, Nancy Chu and her team were recommended highly, and I was able to meet Nancy and her husband Raf Ricci at the house during a very short visit. After discussing the condition of the house and the local market, I had total confidence that I wanted them to handle the sale. They are genuinely nice people who care about you and want the best for you. We never interacted in person again but Nancy and Raf communicated with me frequently with updates and shared decisions. Ultimately, the house sold at a great price. In summary, I truly felt that I had 2 friends who acted on my behalf throughout the process. I cannot recommend Nancy Chu, Raf Ricci and their team more highly.

I have been working with Nancy Zerin since spring of 2022 and she has been a big help in closing on a home.I was in the market in spring and then took a break to look into places again in fall.

She understood my needs and was helpful in finding the right places to tour for me. The hand holding she did for me made me call her my “real estate mom”. She was always there to answer all the questions/concerns I had, go extra mile in researching about the place and was top of the game on the next steps. She has been very patient with me given I was a novice and was trying to find my way around. She also helped me with finding all help post putting an offer with respect to banker, contractors, attorneys and who were always there as she was during the process.
I would recommend Nancy to anyone looking for homes with not a complete picture of how it would unfold.

Maureen was phenomenal! We had a time crunch with a few different requests, and she not only got it in our time frame, but it is the most perfect house for us and our dogs. She was always available for us and so kind. Highly recommend using her for your relator needs!!

Nancy and Raf have made our lives what they are today. Eleven years ago, they helped us find the PERFECT home. Five years ago, they found the perfect space for my new business. Today, I signed a lease on a new space to grown that business in. Apart from being great at what they do, they are two of the finest, most considerate people you could ever be lucky enough to know.
