I cannot speak highly enough about Kevin Duffy, Chris Shannon, and the location manager, Jeff Wood. After a very negative experience with a contractor, I stopped in the Emerson location to check on some supplies that the contractor had promised had been ordered months ago. As I suspected, the materials had never been ordered. Upon hearing this, Kevin, Chris, and Jeff could’ve sent me on my way and wished me well. Instead what happened was truly amazing. Despite the store being extremely busy, Chris and Jeff took the time to listen and helped me troubleshoot. They provided me with solid advice, and helped me figure out what materials I would need to complete some of the remaining work. Then, they reached out to a trusted local contractor, Karl Drehwing, to see if he might be able to help me in anyway. Karl was so nice and out my mind at ease! He was able to send a few of his guys out the following weekend (Thank you Justin, Jared and Greg) to help install an 8 foot door that was leaving our house extremely cold and drafty. They did amazing work. Throughout the process, Jeff and Chris continued to reach out to me multiple times a day to make sure everything was going well and to see if I needed any additional
assistance. What started out as an extremely negative and difficult predicament turned into somethings so positive. Now my family will be able to enjoy the holidays in a warm house that’s put back together. Their act of kindness, by going above and beyond in recognition of the fact we were in a tough spot, made all the difference in the world. My family will be forever grateful. Thank you!!

I would highly recommend Kuiken Brothers to anyone. They know their products inside out, are willing to help you find products that are in your budget. The showroom was beautiful as well!

The staff at Kuiken goes above and beyond for their customers. Everyone from counter sales to the guys in the yard are friendly and knowledgeable. Their excellent service for the past 18+ years is why I deal with them and nowhere else.

We are building a deck. We requested a quote in the evening and by the next morning Kuiken / J. W. emailed us a quote including shipping. Sounds simply but we already ordered wood from Lowes and had it canceled on us twice. Kuiken had the wood in stock and delivered this morning just two days after our initial contact. Our experience with KB in Emerson has excellent and J.W. was very professional.
